• Rates are quoted per room/unit per night in South African Rand and are exclusive of 14% Value Added Tax.
• Cape Town Reservations reserves the right to alter or amend rates and rate periods at any time without prior notice.
• Cape Town Reservations reserves the right to move guests to another but similar accommodation prior or during a stay period, based on its own discretion.
• Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, Diners, Discover and American Express.
• A 100% deposit is required to confirm a booking.
• Please be advised that cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival on the day will be charged a full cancellation fee equal to one night's stay, excluding VAT. Earlier cancellations are fully refundable to the credit card used to confirm the booking.
• Check-in time is 14h00 and check-out time is 11h00.
• A minimum letting period of five nights apply from 20 December - 10 January. Any other period, a minimum of two nights stay apply. Longer term bookings (3 to 12 months) are discounted at a 20% discount rate. For longer term bookings, please contact us.
• Reservations are subject to terms and conditions on check-in.
• GDS codes available upon request.

NOTE: The apartment is self contained, i.e. linen, towels, detergents, soaps etc. House cleaning services are included.
